Little Details


We′ll bring the studio to your location. If you have a large number of employees who need professional headshots of and you′d prefer to have a studio set-up in a conference room or common area where it is more convenient for your employees, we′ll bring our studio to you. Please review the minimum space required for a location studio.

Outdoor Session

  • Space Requirements
  • Minimum Size (12) feet wide, by (20) feet long and (7+) feet high ceilings
  • Space must be empty (Large Tables or Equipment needs to be removed)
  • Ability to Secure the Area and Equipment (4+ Hour Assignments)
  • 2+ sets of electrical outlets accessible with-in 10 feet
  • Climate Controlled Conditioned Area
  • Restroom Facilities
  • Avoid Areas:
  • That are high traffic areas (Break Rooms, Popular Conference Rooms)
  • That are too far out of the way
  • That are too small

Custom Requests

The client covers the expense for any custom props, wardrobe, additional talent, special location. This will be discussed prior to the session. All purchases made will require client′s approval unless a budget is established and approval rights are given to the photographer.


Start with a nice black, white or gray solid dress shirt. Avoid patterns, stripes, polka dots, text any type of designs. Keeping your clothing solid is key. With this type of wardrobe you can use that photo at just about any position in one company or when you move to another company it will work at the new company as well.

Make–Up & Hair

Invest a little time and money in your appearance by hiring a make-up artist and hair stylist and increase your chances of creating that one photo you use for the next (3-5) years.

$49 Minimum Deposit *Option

Minimum Deposit

Make a deposit of $49to secure the location set-up time and date. Just pay the remaining balance at the end of your photo session.


We'll need access to a place where we can unload equipment and a place to park. It takes (1) hour to set the studio up and 1 hour to tear it down. Access to the area will need to be coordinated especially if security creditentails are required. Please provide a POC to contact for access to the area.


Sometimes life happens and you need to cancel. To get a full refund for your scheduled sessions, cancel more than (5) days in advanced. Please see below:
